You're looking at The Three Windows, the Tower and the Wheel, by Robert Delaunay, nineteen twelve. Delaunay was working toward painting where colour alone builds the structure. The Eiffel Tower and the Ferris wheel are still identifiable, but they are dissolving into overlapping transparent planes.
