Here we have Orange Car Crash Fourteen Times — a painting by the American artist Andy Warhol, nineteen sixty-three. Silkscreen: ink pushed through a stencilled mesh, one screen per colour, which is why the colour lies so flat. Warhol was part of the pop art movement.
