This is Broken Dance, from John Outterbridge's Ethnic Heritage Series — stainless steel, wood, leather, sewn cloth, and an ammunition box. Outterbridge worked in Watts in Los Angeles and built figures out of salvaged material; the ammunition box is doing a good deal of the talking.
